Rave Rebels is Belgium’s biggest techno festival, presenting to you this edition across two days, on FRI 11 APR & SAT 12 APR. Both days will take place from 18H00 till 07H00 at ING Arena in Brussels.

Rave Rabels gathers thousands of like-minded spirits dancing the night away and seeking a better world. It is a safe haven. Please look out for yourself and your friends. If you or your comrades feel unwell or unsafe do not hesitate to go to our team of trained professional health providers for help or advice. They are here to help not judge. RAVE SAFE!!

Rave Rebels will take place on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th of April. Doors will open at 18H00 and close at 07H00.

Rave Rebels is strictly 18+ and applies a zero tolerance policy towards drug use, hate, racism, sexism or any form of discrimination. We strictly condemn this behavior and will act firmly if any issues occur. If you see any issues, please go towards our security personnel or bar staff.

BY TRAM
The tramline 7 run by the STIB also stops at Brussels Expo. Take the tram towards Heysel and get off at the terminus (10’ walk).
Tram 3 (Esplanade) stops at Avenue de Meysse (5’ walk).
Tram 9 stops at Roi Baudouin (15’ walk)
Trams 51 & 93 stop at the terminus Stade (15-20’ walk).

BY METRO
Metro 6 bound for Roi Baudouin and get off at station Heysel (10’ walk).

BY Train

• MIDI STATION: Brussels is easily reached by Eurostar from London and by Thalys from Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne. Both trains stop in ‘la gare du Midi’ station. From there on, take metro line 6 direction Roi Baudouin. Get off at Heysel. (15′)
• CENTRAL STATION: Coming from Amsterdam or Luxembourg, you can reach BRUSSELS EXPO by getting off at Brussels Central Station. Take metro line 1, bound for Gare de l’Ouest, or metro line 5, bound for Erasme. At Beekkant, take line 6 bound for Roi Baudouin. Get off at Heysel. (20’)

Taxis are available all night @ P12 to return home. Taxi pick up and drop off is on Parking E and is accessible by foot (100m)

All entries will stop at 4AM. The policy implemented at Rave Rebels is IN=IN & OUT=OUT. All exits will be final, you will not be let back into the venue once you leave.

What does my Rebel Raver ticket provide?

With your Rebel Raver ticket you have access to both rooms from 18H00 to 07H00 on whichever day of the festival your ticket was purchased for.

What does my Rockstar Rebels ticket provide?

With your VIP ticket you have a separate queue to enter the venue. This ticket also gives you separate and free parking. You will be able to enter the backstage VIP area, located behind the DJ booth, this area also has its own bar and toilets.

What does my Combi Rebel Raver ticket provide?

With your Combi Rebel Raver ticket ticket you have access to both rooms from 18H00 to 07H00 on both days of the festival.

What does my Friends with Benefits ticket provide?

With a Friends with Benefits ticket you are getting 5 Rebel Raver tickets for the price of 4. If you purchase this ticket please bear in mind that only one ticket is provided, thus your whole group has to arrive together.

With your VIP ticket (on either day the ticket was purchased for) you have a separate queue to enter the venue. This ticket also gives you separate and free parking (located on Parking E), as well as free lockers and a 50 EUR drink spend.

You will of course be able to enter the backstage VIP area, located behind the DJ booth, this area also has its own bar and toilets.

For safety reasons, no glass container, pressurized aerosols, large luggage (suitcases) or professional camera gear will be allowed inside the venue.

No food or drinks from outside will be allowed either. Food trucks will be available inside the venue, as well as sufficient drinks at our bars.

Yes, sufficient lockers will be on site. 

LOCKERS ON SALE SOON.

There are two sizes of lockers small (30 cm width X 25 cm height X 45cm depth) and large (30 cm width X 45 cm height X 45cm depth)

NB: Large bags such as backpacks will not be allowed inside the venue and will have to be left in the lockers.

All our bars accept credit cards or Rave Rebels spend cards. No cash payments will be accepted at the bars. However, cash payments are accepted to top up your Rave Rebels spend card.

DRINK VOUCHERS ON SALE SOON

If you buy drink vouchers, upon your arrival to Rave Rebels, find the Top Up desk to hand in your voucher for a spend card that you will be able to use at all of the bars.

NB: Take a photo of your spend card as soon as you receive it. If you lose it, the remaining amount can be transferred to a new card.

If one of your belongings is still raving, please send us an email with a detailed description of the item you lost to lostandfound@raverebels.com

All refunds from Nov 2024 have been processed. Requests for refunds are now closed.

ALL REFUND REQUEST MUST BE SENT IN AT THE LATEST 14 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT

If 12 hours wasn’t enough for you to finish the spend on your Rave Rebels spend card, please fill out this form before April 27th and we will refund the money left on your card to your bank account.

You will receive your refund within 2 business weeks as of 14 days after the event. Please note that the leftover amount will be transferred onto your bank account minus 2,5EUR service fee and minus any free bonus spend included in pre-ordered drink credit.

If you have spend cards from previous years or editions of Rave Rebels, these CANNOT be used at the coming editions. Please request a refund.

NB: If you didn’t cash in your drink voucher to receive a spend card that amount CANNOT be reimbursed

If you purchase a Pre-Lineup Pick your Day ticket, you will be able to choose which day you want to attend Rave Rebels. After first names are announced, you will have until 13/01/25 to do so.

To pick your day – go to the confirmation email of your purchase, then click on ‘Manage My Order’. There select ‘More Actions’ and ‘Change Tickets’. That will take you to a page where you can choose a Friday or Saturday ticket.
